Tokenized stock airdrops are the strangest and most exciting thing to happen to airdrop hunting in years. Meme coins now pay their holders in tokenized SpaceX, Nvidia exposure, or a basket of boomer blue chips, and free stock keeps landing in wallets while people sleep. I received my first one by accident, a mystery SPCXB deposit that turned into my MarsCoin trade. Since then the trend has exploded, an entire meta has formed around it, and the CEO of AMC is screaming that the whole thing is illegal. Time for a proper roundup: the coins, the mechanics, the drama, and where I’m placing my bets.
What Are Tokenized Stock Airdrops?
This meta plays by completely different rules than classic airdrop hunting. Forget grinding testnets while guessing how airdrop allocations are calculated, and forget farming airdrop points for months hoping the team honors them at TGE. Here you buy a token, hold it, and stock rewards arrive on a visible onchain schedule. No snapshot anxiety, no allocation formula to reverse-engineer, no waiting a year for a token that may never launch.
The recipe has two ingredients. Tokenized stocks are blockchain tokens that track real equities one to one, issued by regulated parties like Binance’s bStocks or Robinhood’s Stock Tokens. Meme coins provide the second ingredient: attention and trading volume. Combine them and you get tokens that either trade directly against a stock token, tax their own volume to buy stock for holders, or both.
One distinction matters before the list. Some of these coins genuinely airdrop stock to holders on a schedule. Others only pair with a tokenized stock in their liquidity pool, which locks up stock supply but sends nothing to your wallet. Both count as part of the meta, and I’ll tell you which is which for every entry.
MarsCoin (MARSCOIN): The SpaceX Dividend Machine
MarsCoin started this whole obsession for me. It’s the coin that airdropped tokenized SpaceX stock into my account before I even knew the mechanic existed.
What it is: A meme coin launched on the Flap launchpad, trading in the first meme/stock pool of its kind: MARSCOIN/SPCXB.
The meme: Elon, Mars, and the idea that holding a joke coin buys you a ticket on the largest IPO in history.
What it airdrops: SPCXB, the Binance bStocks token backed one to one by real SpaceX shares in regulated custody.
How much you need to hold: 10,000 MARSCOIN minimum for automatic vault payouts, with manual claiming available on Flap. Binance Alpha holders get monthly snapshot rewards instead.
How often: Continuously. A 3% tax on every buy and sell feeds the rewards vault, so distributions flow as long as volume flows.
Chain: BNB Chain.
Market cap: Around $110 million when I entered in early September. Check the live chart before you ape, because this one moves.
Boomer (BOOMER): Hold Like It’s a Pension
Full disclosure right away: I bought some BOOMER today in my Fomo account. The meme was simply too good to pass up.
What it is: A Robinhood Chain community token built around one instruction: hold, then keep holding.
The meme: Boomers. Early dinners, the thermostat locked at 68 degrees, keeping every receipt, and refusing to sell anything ever. The project even sold out 1,000 “Stockholder” certificate NFTs that accrue rewards.
What it airdrops: The Boomer Basket, five equal-weight positions in tokenized SPY, Costco, Microsoft, Exxon Mobil, and Intel. Heads up, I thought it paid the S&P 500 outright; SPY is actually just 20% of the basket.
How much you need to hold: Any BOOMER in a self-custody wallet qualifies for direct distributions. No published minimum, though tiny bags will earn dust.
How often: Reward rounds run every 15 minutes when rewards are available.
Chain: Robinhood Chain. Watch out for the old, unrelated BOOMER token on Base with a near-dead chart; verify the contract before buying.
Market cap: Around $3.8 million as I write, which makes it the micro-cap of this list. That cuts both ways: far more upside room than the nine-figure names above, and far less liquidity to exit into.
Artificial Inu (AI): The Nvidia Flagship
Artificial Inu is the king of the meta and the coin that proved this format can hit serious size. We already did a full breakdown in our Artificial Inu deep dive, so here’s the short version.
What it is: The largest stock-paired meme coin, launched on Long.xyz, trading directly against tokenized Nvidia.
The meme: A dog coin for the AI bubble, with the tagline about speculative markets meeting productive capital.
What stock is involved: NVDA. The community vault holds roughly $2 million in tokenized Nvidia, and Long.xyz has already run NVDA airdrop rewards for long-term holders. Since the LongX expansion, fees from a 3x leveraged NVDA wrapper also flow back to $AI.
How much you need to hold: No fixed threshold. The NVDA rewards so far went to long-term holders rather than running on a set schedule.
How often: Irregular. This is a pairing-first project with occasional rewards, not a dividend printer like MarsCoin or Boomer.
Chain: Robinhood Chain, with an Aster DEX perps listing offering up to 5x leverage against tokenized NVDA.
Market cap: Roughly $210 million as I write, after peaking near $300 million on September 4.
Boner (BONER): The Coin That Squeezed a Stock Token
Boner earns its spot for the meme alone, but the mechanics made actual headlines.
What it is: A meme coin paired against tokenized HIMS, the Hims & Hers Health stock token.
The meme: Hims & Hers sells ED medication. The ticker writes itself, and the community frames the whole thing as a counter-squeeze against the heavy short interest in the real stock.
What stock is involved: HIMS, though this one accumulates rather than airdrops. Relentless buying locked 53% of all tokenized HIMS on Robinhood Chain into the BONER pool, which briefly pushed the stock token to $132 while the real share traded near $29. At one point this single coin drove two thirds of all RWA volume on the chain.
How much you need to hold: No holder distribution exists, so there’s no threshold. You’re betting on the squeeze narrative, not farming drops.
How often: Not applicable.
Chain: Robinhood Chain.
Market cap: Around $60 million as I write, impressive for a coin whose entire pitch is squeezing one stock token’s float.
Memory Cow Moo (MOO): The Micron Cow
What it is: A meme coin paired against tokenized Micron (MU), proving the format travels beyond Nvidia.
The meme: A cow that produces memory instead of milk, riding the DRAM supercycle narrative. The team says the vault’s MU stash will grow into an onchain “$DRAM” basket of memory stocks.
What stock is involved: MU sits in the pool and the vault. Distributions to holders haven’t started; for now this is a pairing-and-vault play like BONER.
How much you need to hold: No distribution yet, so no threshold.
How often: Not yet. Watch for the DRAM basket announcement.
Chain: Robinhood Chain, with a MOO/USDT listing already live on smaller CEXs.
Market cap: Around $26 million as I write, after a 330% single-day run took it from obscurity.
More Candidates on the Radar
The meta is spawning faster than anyone can cover it. MEME, a token paired with tokenized AMC, rocketed to a $125 million market cap during the AMC feud below and briefly touched $151 million. SPACEHOOD rides the SPCX token on Robinhood Chain, Saylormoon holds tokenized Strategy, and Clippy XP pairs with Microsoft. Over on Solana, a project called SP500 routes pump.fun creator fees into SPYx buys that holders claim pro rata, which makes it one of the few true stock airdroppers outside Robinhood Chain. Liquidity on most of these is thin and clones appear within hours, so verify every contract twice.
The AMC Fight: Is Any of This Legal?
The elephant in the room arrived on September 3, when AMC CEO Adam Aron discovered a tokenized version of his company’s stock trading without AMC’s knowledge. His reaction was nuclear. He called the practice “contemptible, outrageous, disgusting” among a string of other adjectives, argued the tokens are unregistered securities that can’t legally be offered in the US, and put outside securities counsel on the case. Robinhood’s CEO replied with a simple “what’s the concern,” and its chief legal officer, a former SEC commissioner, essentially invited AMC to send the lawyers. An SEC roundtable on tokenized stocks lands September 17, and crypto degens responded to the drama in the most degen way possible: pumping the AMC-paired meme coin to nine figures.
Aron has a point on the paperwork. Robinhood’s Stock Tokens are debt instruments issued from Jersey under Regulation S, restricted away from US investors, and holders own no shares and no voting rights. His outrage changes nothing about the direction of travel, though.
My Take: Airdrops Always Find the New Asset
Here’s where I land after nine years of running this site. If something can be tokenized, it will be tokenized, and once it’s tokenized, someone will airdrop it. Stocks today, private equity and royalties tomorrow. Regulation will lag years behind, the same way it lagged behind ICOs, DeFi farming, and every airdrop meta before this one. Lawyers argue while wallets fill up.
I think this is a genuinely great new form of airdrop, and AirdropAlert will follow it closely, report on every major development, and yes, place some bets along the way. My MarsCoin position is already public, with the scale-out plan sitting in the full writeup linked above. Today I added the BOOMER buy. And here’s my favorite stat of the whole trend: purely from stock airdrops I received and never sold, I now hold a $500 SpaceX position. Free tickets to the biggest IPO in history, earned by holding a meme coin. Try explaining that to your financial advisor.
Where I Trade These Coins
Every position mentioned above sits in my Fomo account, and it has quietly become my main venue for this entire meta. The app makes meme trading social, the stock rewards land straight in the same account, and watching a SpaceX balance grow next to your meme bags never gets old. We keep a full walkthrough on our Fomo app listing if you want the setup guide, and code FairSaltySquid takes 10% off fees.

Final Words
Tokenized stock airdrops sit exactly where crypto is most fun: a genuinely novel mechanic, absurd memes, real money flowing, and regulators sprinting to catch up. MarsCoin and Boomer pay you actual stock tokens for holding, Artificial Inu built a nine-figure flagship on the Nvidia pairing, and BONER showed a meme coin can corner a stock token’s entire float. Treat every entry on this list as high risk, verify contracts obsessively, and size positions like the meme side can go to zero. It can. The stocks you farm along the way, however, are yours to keep.

FAQ
What are tokenized stock airdrops? Distributions of tokenized stocks, blockchain tokens tracking real equities, sent to holders of certain meme coins. The coins typically fund the drops with a trading tax that buys stock tokens for a rewards vault.
Which meme coins actually airdrop stocks to holders? MarsCoin airdrops tokenized SpaceX (SPCXB) to holders of 10,000+ tokens, and Boomer distributes a five-stock basket of SPY, COST, MSFT, XOM, and INTC every 15 minutes. Artificial Inu has run occasional NVDA rewards, while BONER and MOO only pair with stocks for now.
Do I own real shares if I receive a tokenized stock airdrop? No. Robinhood’s Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities providing price exposure without ownership or voting rights, and Binance’s bStocks are backed one to one by custodied shares you can’t directly redeem. You get the price movement, not the shareholder rights.
Are tokenized stock airdrops legal? That question is being fought out in public right now. AMC’s CEO claims Robinhood’s stock tokens violate US securities law, Robinhood disagrees, and the SEC discusses tokenized stocks at a roundtable on September 17, 2026. Expect the rules to lag the products for a long time.
Where can I trade stock-paired meme coins? Onchain through launchpads like Flap, Long.xyz, and apps like Fomo, with the biggest names also on CEX perps: Binance lists MARSCOIN futures and Aster offers leveraged $AI trading.
