The third Trump dinner is official. Top $TRUMP holders will join President Trump and three “legends” on Sunday, November 22, 2026. The venue is Trump National in Washington, D.C. Only the top 185 holders get a seat.
I attended both previous dinners, so let me be honest. On paper, this is the least attractive of the three. Below are the details, a look back at the first two, and my own plans.
Third Trump dinner: the key details
The third Trump dinner takes place on November 22, 2026 at Trump National, Washington, D.C. The top 185 $TRUMP holders on the leaderboard qualify. A special VIP reception is reserved for the top 29.
The scoring window opened on September 30 and runs until November 12. The final snapshot is on November 12 at 1 PM Eastern. Registration is required, even for existing Coin Club members.
Notice the seat count. The previous edition had 297 seats. This time there are 185. Fewer seats could mean a tighter race, or simply a smaller room.
VIP gifts: another watch
The gifts are already on the site. VIP attendees receive a TRUMP fragrance, a commemorative poster, a trading card, and a Fight Fight Fight watch. Yes, another watch. My collection is growing faster than my need to know the time.
The top 4 VIP holders get something bigger: an 18K gold Trump watch.
One rule matters for VIPs. Stay at or above your snapshot level until November 22 and you keep every bonus. Drop below it and you still attend the dinner. Your VIP bonuses, however, may be forfeited.
Dinner 1 recap: protesters, a helicopter and CNN
The first dinner in May 2025 was pure excitement. Nobody knew what was going to happen.
I took an Uber from DC to the golf club. A large group of protesters gave me a warm welcome at the gate. “Shame, shame,” they chanted. Apparently, having dinner with the US president is a crime to some people. News to me.
Inside, everyone waited for the big man. He arrived by helicopter. The moment he stepped on stage, the whole room got up and crowded the front. We hung on every word, hoping for alpha. Something about the meme coin, maybe. Or crypto in general.
He shared nothing. It was the same speech I had heard dozens of times.
The food was okay, nothing special. I eat better on date nights with my wife.
Media attention was insane. I ended up on CNN twice, once before and once after the event.
Dinner 2 recap: less hype, better in every way
The second edition in April 2026 got far less hype and far less press. It was also better in every way. My full Mar-a-Lago recap has the long version.
Start with the location. Mar-a-Lago is beautiful, and sunny Florida does the rest. Then the food, which was amazing. Breakfast buffet, lunch buffet, cocktails after.

It was a full-day event too. Roughly 12 hours, compared to 3 or 4 in DC.
The mood was much more relaxed. People knew what to expect. Many guests, myself included, were there for the second time. Less nervous energy meant more time for real conversations with interesting people.
That is why November in DC feels like a step back.
Three superstars: who will show up?
The announcement promises President Trump and three superstars. No names yet.
That language sounds familiar. Last time, the promise was 18 “global superstars”. To be fair, the term was used lightly.
Some guests were great. Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino spoke. So did Tony Robbins, Cathie Wood and the CEO of Upbit. Other names on the list got a polite shrug from the room. Nobody at my table really cared about them.
Still, high-profile people always show up. Across both dinners I met NBA champion Lamar Odom and World Cup winner Blaise Matuidi. Tim Draper and Justin Sun were around too. I also came very close to a selfie with Mike Tyson. Close does not count, sadly.
So three names this time, down from eighteen. Maybe that means quality over quantity. Maybe it means a smaller budget. Either way, the guest list is half the fun.
Is this a regular thing now?
Back in 2025, I assumed the dinner was a one-off. Then the Florida edition was announced and I figured it would become a yearly tradition. Now a third one lands roughly half a year after the second.
So the question is fair. Will there be two or more of these per year? It starts to look like a recurring competition holders can plan around. A special night becomes a seasonal event.
F1 Singapore, the Super Bowl and the Trump whales
The Coin Club site also lists F1 Singapore and a Super Bowl event. Those are far smaller than the dinners. Only the top 25 to 30 holders get in, the same as the FIFA World Cup final.
Honestly, that group is the same people every time. Call them the Trump whales. They hold a big bag and get invited to every exclusive event.
As a mechanism, it works. Keep your top holders happy and they have a reason to keep holding. The dinners are the only events where a smaller player can realistically compete.
Am I attending?
That decision is above my pay grade. I need to discuss it with my wife.
It is no longer a once-in-a-lifetime experience, which was my best argument the last two times. I have also used up a fair number of business and pleasure trips this year. “Honey, the President invited me again” hits differently the third time.
If she grants me another pass, I will likely use the same approach as before. Last time I qualified with a hedged position held for about five days. Spot bag on one side, short on the other, minimal price risk.
Negotiations start tonight. Wish me luck.

Final Words
Three dinners in eighteen months. The leaderboard game is clearly here to stay. Whether I compete in this round depends on a household vote I do not control.
