Toncoin’s (TON) latest upswing follows founder Pavel Durov’s recent post about network fees falling six times to nearly zero. Durov stated that the next step for the project is for Telegram to replace the TON Foundation and become its largest validator. Durov aims for Telegram to become the driving force behind TON. He also stated that the project will come out with new developer tools and new performance upgrades within two to three weeks.
