Analyst Egrag Crypto shared a chart on TradingView highlighting a descending triangle pattern that has been forming on XRP since 2018, actually. The analysis assigns a 70% probability to a bullish breakout if the asset breaches the triangle’s upper trendline. The multi-year structure represents one of the longest consolidation periods in XRP’s trading history, with the pattern spanning over six years before the November 2024 move above key resistance levels.
Fibonacci Targets Point to $27 Upside
In the event of an XRP breakout that validates the resistance levels, price target projections have been formulated using Fibonacci numbers with break out values projected at $9, 18.50 and even 27. The levels also show that there may be profit gains of over 1,300% of the current prices of around $1.86, which is high even in cryptocurrency terms.

XRP spot ETFs launched in the United States in November 2025 and have accumulated $1.18 billion in net inflows through consistent daily deposits. The funds have not recorded a single day of outflows since their debut on November 13, and traders view this streak as unusual in the current market environment.
Vincent Liu, CIO of Kronos Research, stated:
“Spot XRP ETFs surpassing $1B in cumulative volume shows rising institutional appetite for regulated exposure beyond BTC and ETH. Despite a cautious macro backdrop, the steady inflows suggest investors are positioning early around assets with improving regulatory clarity and differentiated narratives.”
The ETF inflows are concentrating supply within regulated investment vehicles, which reduces circulating tokens on exchanges while also signaling institutional confidence. Data shows the funds accumulated approximately $1.01 billion in cumulative inflows by mid-December, with total assets under management reaching $1.16 billion at the time of writing.
