Square Enix’s blockchain-based game ‘Symbiogenesis’ allows players to navigate through the story by solving various mysteries while facing the sudden threat of a “dragon” in the Floating Continent, which serves as the story setting. In the game, players progress through the game by completing missions and unlocking chapters. The game also allows players to team up with other players to uncover hidden items and achieve common goals.

In November 2022, Square Enix unveiled the story-based non-fungible token art project duped Symbiogenesis on the Ethereum blockchain network. Symbiogenesis NFT Game Enters The Final Season

Square Enix has announced the upcoming final season of its Symbiogenesis after running three successful seasons in the past several months. The final season will encompass chapters 4-6 of the story and is scheduled to begin in late April. The Square Enix will release its chapter five in mid-May, with chapter 6 slated in mid-June. The company will end character sales in late July.

Finally, the company will also launch a new “Stella Wars” in-game feature. In this episode, the players will join one of six factions and wage wars to claim Stellas. The faction that claims the most Stellas in the end will be allowed to choose one champion to participate in the final World Mission. The champion and two other selected players will determine the conclusion of Symbiogenesis’s story in the final World Mission. The final mission will take place in late July.
