At the time of writing, XRP was trading at $2.22. Over the past 24 hours, the entire cryptocurrency market was experiencing bloodshed. Ripple’s cryptocurrency did not hold back as it dipped by nearly 6% during this time. XRP hit an all-time high of $3.84 about seven years ago in 2018. The asset is currently trading 42% below this peak.

The asset has struggled below the $1 mark for several years now. Ripple was facing legal pressure from the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This came as a major setback for the cryptocurrency. But, earlier this month, the case between the duo was dismissed. This could further continue aiding the growth of the altcoin.
When Will The Asset Reclaim Its Peak?
According to CoinCodex, XRP is expected to revisit its all-time high of $3.84 in the month of April. The asset’s average trading price for the month was set at $3.88. In addition, the altcoin will also record a new high of $4.50.
