After being hit with several trials over the past couple of years, 2024 and 2025 have proved to be bullish for Ripple’s XRP. The altcoin even inched close to its all-time high of $3.84. The asset hit this peak about seven years ago, in 2018. The highest that XRP managed to rise to was $3.39. Despite its recent growth, the past week has been challenging for the altcoin. Ripple’s cryptocurrency has struggled to record a decent uptick during this period. But the upcoming quarter could bring in notable gains into the market.

Ripple’s XRP One Day Chart
During the past 24 hours, the fourth-largest altcoin recorded a 3.71% downfall. At the time of writing, XRP was trading at $2.37. This drop follows a weekly decline of 4.75%.
Data from CryptoRank reveals that throughout the years, the second quarter has been both bullish and bearish. While the last three years have been bearish, XRP surged by a staggering 1,109% during the second quarter of the year 2017. As seen in the below image, the asset recorded a 14.2% uptick during the first quarter of 2025, which is a good start to the year.

New Peak Incoming?
It looks like the XRP community is all set to enjoy a bullish second quarter. According to data from CoinCodex, the altcoin is expected to record an all-time high of $4 in April. This marks a 68% rise from its current price levels. In addition, the maximum prices that Ripple’s cryptocurrency will trade at during May and June are $3.07 and $2.57, respectively. The lowest trading price of XRP during the upcoming quarter will be $2.34 in the month of June. This is a much-needed rise for the altcoin. The community hopes that the rest of the year would remain just as bullish.
