Prior to joining Cronos Labs, he served as the CEO of Instalabs, where he managed a regulated, institutional cross-chain bridge. His previous roles include VP of Growth, Business Development, and Strategy at Tezos, where he was instrumental in shaping ecosystem strategies and managing investments through the Tezos Foundation’s investment committee.
Adlard’s career also spans significant leadership roles at Amazon, where he successfully managed the turnaround of the Amazon Money Store UK and expanded its operations across Europe. His efforts in leading EU operations for Prime Video free content further underscore his capability in driving global operational improvements.
