Pseudonymous analyst Crypto Bitlord, with a following of nearly half a million on X, predicted that Ripple’s XRP could reach the $21 mark this cycle. That’s an ambitious price target, which seems unrealistic, and the analyst got called out for his larger-than-life forecast by investors.
“The XRP community is one of the largest crypto communities on earth. So when it smashes through $21 this cycle, watch the world flip,” he said on X. A user quickly flagged the prediction, saying, “It won’t reach $4. This guy $21.”
Several commentators questioned the price projection, calling it “a meme price in a bear market.” Another user opined, “$21 feels like we’re chasing a myth,” but said, “the pump might just surprise us all” in the end. However, the majority of XRP commentators shared skepticism about the lofty price target.

Wild price predictions for XRP and other cryptocurrencies fly off the shelves almost every week. While there are takers for it, the larger nutshell only causes harm to investors. The Ripple’s native token is yet to reach the $4 level, and $21 seems too far. It failed to touch the $4 range despite enjoying several bull runs since 2018. Even a year ago, the leading altcoin barely saw a spurt in value, but its fortunes changed in December.
The highest XRP reached is an all-time high of $3.65, and that came after a seven-year wait. While there’s no doubt that XRP is the best asset for long-term investment, a surge of 750% now looks close to impossible. In addition, the approval of the XRP ETF by the SEC remains uncertain. We will have to wait and watch if the SEC approves the ETF in November. Until then, Ripple’s robust payment network could power its price in the indices.
