Bitfinex introduces Version 1.121, enhancing the trading platform with updates to UI and performance, while addressing critical bugs for improved user experience.
Bitfinex has announced the release of Version 1.121, which brings a series of improvements and bug fixes to its trading platform, according to blog.bitfinex.com. This update aims to enhance the user experience with various performance and UI optimizations.
Enhancements in Version 1.121
The latest version introduces several enhancements, including an updated display for success and error notifications in the derivatives ‘Update collateral’ modal. Users will also notice the ‘verify’ link preview feature on the OTC account setup page, offering a smoother verification process.
Further improvements include changes to the flash currency and amount input fields, which now update when the transfer form is scrolled into view. The wallet distribution column header has been renamed to ‘weight’, and performance charts now group small balances for better clarity.
Additionally, the Derivatives Tour buttons have been repositioned for better accessibility, while the Movements section has removed the Lightning Channels purchase option and now displays a notice for disabled USDt transport protocols.
Security and User Interface Upgrades
Bitfinex has also updated the footer link for Security & Protection and ensured that the 2FA link on the Login page opens in a new tab. The visual aspects of the Bug Bounty and Press info pages have been enhanced to improve user engagement.
Addressing Critical Bug Fixes
This update addresses several critical bugs. The derivative order update and max leverage amount calculation have been corrected. The Bitrefill USD equivalent now matches wallet balances, and issues with the gift card preview displaying correctly in the selected theme have been resolved.
Other fixes include correcting the 2FA reset request errors, improving the sub-accounts table tooltip functionality, and refining the clickable area of the Wallets table header sorting. Additionally, a gap issue beneath the main header on some product info pages has been fixed, ensuring a seamless user experience.
